What's included in the CompleteProtect packages?
Each package includes professional application of advanced nano-coatings to all eligible surfaces in your home—glass, tile, stone, textiles, and more—depending on the package you choose. You’ll also receive aftercare advice. Our packages are designed to reduce cleaning effort, extend surface life, and protect your investment long-term.
How long does protection last?
Our nano-coatings typically last 2–5 years, depending on the surface and exposure. However, we strongly recommend annual reapplication in high-touch areas like kitchens, bathrooms, and fabrics, where frequent use and cleaning can wear coatings down faster. Regular reapplication ensures peak performance, prevents long-term wear and staining, and helps avoid costly repairs or replacements—protecting your investment for the long run.
Is reapplication required?
Yes—for high-touch areas, annual reapplication is strongly recommended. While our nano-coatings are designed to last 2–5 years, surfaces like kitchens, bathrooms, and fabrics experience regular contact and cleaning that can reduce coating longevity. Reapplying annually in these zones keeps protection consistent, prevents degradation, and avoids the higher cost of restoration or replacement later on. It’s a smart, low-effort way to maintain lasting results.
Can I add more surfaces or coverage later?
Absolutely. You can add surfaces, upgrade your package, or request specific rooms or zones to be treated at your appointment. Many customers start with our base package and are so impressed by the results they want more coverage. It is for this reason, we offer a three (3) month "Boost" window, should you decide to add more surfaces to your home and you have purchased a base package, you can utilise our Boost add-ons around your home over a second visit by one of our friendly team.
How do I prepare my home for application?
We’ll guide you through a simple checklist before our technician arrives. It’s mostly about access—clearing benchtops, moving soft furnishings slightly, and avoiding recent chemical cleaners on target surfaces. Our team handles the rest, and application is usually complete in a few hours or less.
What if my home is double story?
We apply a $249 special access surcharge for double-storey homes to cover the additional time, equipment, and safety considerations required by our technicians.If specific areas are difficult to access—such as tight voids, steep embankments, or restricted entry points—a $99 limited access fee may also apply. We’ll always assess and confirm any surcharges with you before starting the job.
What if my home is larger than the available packages?
If you have a larger or architecturally complex home, simply select the ‘Large’ package when booking and submit your request. Our operations team will review your property remotely using Nearmaps and assess suitability during your consultation call. For homes significantly beyond standard sizing, or requiring extensive coverage, a technician may conduct a site visit. In these cases, project rates will apply.
